At Healthy Beginnings, teachers understand the Montessori philosophy and respect a child's independence.
In addition to building a safe and stimulating learning environment, their main priority is bringing out and nurturing a student's desire to learn.
In each of our classrooms, we provide a lead and assistants. The lead is a certified Montessori teacher, and the assistants are Montessori trained.
Every teacher, as well as every employee, must complete a rigorous pre-employment screening process.
This includes a background and fingerprint check, as well as having qualifications and references verified. Teachers are also required to be certified in CPR.
